In order to keep track of my progress Breeda gave me a health questionnaire, covering all aspects of my health. Low points meant better health. Before seeing Breeda I scored high, with a total of 90. A month later my score was down to 39. I was sleeping better, my mood was greatly improved, my skin was clearer and I had been doing
more, so my energy levels were up. A nice side-effect was that in the first month I lost half-a-stone in weight. I think the fact that I really did feel better went a long way towards helping me stay on track.
Three months later I no longer feel like I'm on a 'healthy eating plan', but just that this is how I eat. I find myself craving fresh fruit rather than chocolate (although I still occasionally indulge). My weight has stabilised, I lost a stone in all over these three months.
